Guidebook: Become a Promotion Star

1. Getting Started

Sign up for the Program — Click here to join.

Fill in your basic details and submit the application. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be able to Log in to your dashboard.

2. Set Up Your Payout Details

To receive commissions, go to the Setting - Payment tab and:

  • Select Manual Payout
  • Enter your preferred method (e.g., M-PESA, bank transfer) and account number

3. Default Referral Link

Your default referral link will be the home page of our website. When a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase, you earn commission based on our program rules. Use the social sharing buttons to post your link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

4. Customize Product or Collection Links

To promote specific items instead of the homepage:

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click Get Product Link

  • Paste any product or collection URL and click Generate

5. Track Orders & Commissions

You'll receive an email notification when someone places an order via your link. You can also log in to monitor your sales and commissions in real-time.

6. Monitor Performance

From your dashboard, you can view:

  • Total Commissions
  • Clicks
  • Orders
  • Sales Performance

7. Payout & Order Validation

After Star Picks fulfills the order and it's not refunded, canceled, or returned within 7 days, your commission is validated. Payouts are processed weekly for all eligible orders.
