Return & Refund Policy

You may return unused & undamaged items within 15 days from the delivered date for a full refund. 

After-sales shipping cost：

• Customer's responsibility: wrong choose(size/colour/material/quality); change of mind; unmet expectations.

• Seller's responsibility: Incorrect or defective items.

The specific process of “return & refund” service:

• Submit a return request in the system and follow the provided instructions to return the product.
  Note: Please return the product in its original packaging.

• The seller receives the returned product (about 4-8 working days).

• The seller conducts a quality inspection (about 1-3 working days).
  Note: Used products will be rejected and returned to the customer.

• Once approved, the refund is processed.

• Submit an exchange request in the system and return the product according to the system's instructions.
